 Return Policy
Do I need a return policy? It is recommended that if you are selling products that you inform the consumer if and how to return an item. Remember to include an address and information on who pays the return postage. Return policy examples: With the exception of computer hardware, such as memory, cpu's, motherboards and hard drives, you may return any item for a refund within 15 days of receipt of your order, as long as the item is in its original condition or exchange up to one year. There is a 15% restocking fee in many cases. Simply indicate the reasons for your return, include a copy of the sales receipt that we sent you, and wrap the package securely. For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for shipment. This provides proof that the item was mailed if we do not receive the package. If you do not have your sales receipt, please make sure that the name, address and phone number used on the order are included in the package.
