Ten (10) day money back policy. We will gladly refund any merchandise within ten (10) days of your receipt of your order. After ten (10) days, refunds are subject to 25% restocking charge or store credit only. Must have original receipt or invoice. Packages must be returned in new condition and not used in any way. We hereby attest that ALL electronic devices are thoroughly QC'ed by us before shipping and all orders are shipped to meet safe shipping guidelines for coverage by shipping insurance. Hence responsibility once received is then up to the manufacturers warranty or Courier only. GIT-a-Hobby/GITech can assume no liability on any electronic unit sold their after including batteries of all types, speed controls, radios etc. All repair and /or warranty work must be returned to the manufacturer or cliamed to the courier by the consumer. Shop Labor is $45.00 flat rate, with exception to any build job, or repair that would exceed three (3) hours. (At this point we will give you and estimate, and this should be asked about BEFORE any work is done.) All labor must be paid in full before any work is done to any vehicle. Any parts that are being installed or replaced on the vehicle that exceed the cost of $50.00, must be paid for before any work is done on the vehicle. No "on the spot" repairs will be done, especially during store hours. Average repair time is two weeks, but may exceed three weeks, if parts are on order, or if there is excessive repairs needing to be repaired. Repairs are done in the order as they are received. We stand behind what we fix ONLY. Any broken, modified, or a change in tuning becomes the responsibility of the owner, not of GIT-a-Hobby/GITech. We ask that all repaired vehicles be picked up within two weeks from the first phone call. If the vehicle remains at the shop for 60 days after the repair was finished, it becomes property of GIT-a-Hobby/GITech, and will be sold for the cost of the repair. |

We will gladly seek to fulfill any inquiries or purchases made outside of the US, however since there is many stipulations to shipping internationally, our international customers are urged to contact us BEFORE the purchase of anything off of our website. An order that is placed without previous contact will unfortunately be cancelled and the money refunded. However, we do urge you to contact us via email or by telephone, and we will be more than glad to help you! For now Bizingo does not support foreign addresses and you will need to contact us for further instructions. Bizingo is currently working on this. |

Any order that is designated for in-store pickup is subject to a 24-48 hour delay. Anyone who decides to use the no shipping option and would like to pick up their items earlier, is urged to contact us over the phone and confirm stock availability. Since we cannot and do not guarantee the availability of all of our products, we encourage all of our customers to contact us before stopping in to pick up the paid items. In the event that a product becomes unavailable, the amount will automatically become in-store credit for use at GIT-A-Hobby/GITech only. If the buyer contacts us, and there is no way for us to provide an item, we will refund the amount, and only that amount, back to that customer. |

If no designation is made, FEDEX will be the source for our shipping methods. Please allow 7-10 days for shipping. Products usually ship within 2-3 days of confirmation, if not sooner. The buyer will be notified if there is any out of stock item, and that amount may be refunded at our discretion. If we cannot meet the shipping schedule, we will notify you via email. Any order placed on a Saturday or Sunday will be processed that following Monday, same for commercial holidays. Orders are therefore processed only during store hours, and will be held until the next business day. |
